Refund policy

Please ask all questions and view all pictures thoroughly before purchasing. We do not negotiate price after the sale - no exceptions. 

Ronnie’s Guitars offers customers the opportunity to approve any item which is purchased online with an approval time of 48 hours. 

If an item is to be returned, verbal notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Upon notification, the item must be returned within 14 days. 

The item must not have been altered or tampered with in any way, and it must arrive in the same condition as it left the shop. 

Ronnie’s Guitars will not be held responsible for any issues with shipping agency (loss or damage) in returns you can ask us if you have any doubts. All shipping and insurance costs are for the customer.
